I tore myself away from the computer to run this afternoon.I went on one of my old routes that I haven't been on for ages.I ran to meet my Man who was playing football and really enjoyed it. I managed 2.3 miles and met a nice lady with her 3 dogs. I am not a dog lover , in fact I am quite scared of them. When I run and come across any I tend to stop or at least walk so they don't chase me. I think she appreciated the fact that I walked and she smiled and said "We have to work together on this, don't we?!"
So, I am now back and about to clean my house and make steak for dinner. A nice evening with my family awaits!
