For the first time in years I didn't do any exercise on my birthday this week.I had a nice day, but that is the last time I don't get out and do something - walk, bike, run, anything. Still, that was then. Today is now and I have just come back from a quick run.
I really did not feel like going out, but am glad I did. I think sometimes not going out for a while stops you from going out at all.So I have only done 1 run this week, but I still have the weekend.I am hormonal at the moment. I feel down and lacking in confidence. The run was my first step to ending that feeling.It hasn't worked so far, but hopefully a hot shower and some stiff talking to myself will!
