I was good and went out this morning about 7am for my run. It was my last 20 minute run and I had a banana and some water before I went out. I was thinking the other day that I do seem to run a lot on an empty stomach which is not always good. So, off I went and it felt good. I started slow and gradually got faster. When I say faster I don't actually mean fast but faster for me !!
On the way back it was up hill ( long and gradual ) and I wanted to stop, but didn't. That is a good thing ! I admit that I did have to walk for a little bit as it was a hill I couldn't manage at the end, but on the whole I only walked for about a minute or so for the whole run. Excellent !
