Another run ? What's happening ??
Yes, I came home from work, pulled my gear on, had a row with my husband and went for a run. Not long, not far, but a run and my body really enjoyed it. My head was way off in the land of " Just had a row, feel miserable " but at least, although miserable I am getting fit...
