Gosh! I thought I'd run a bit further today as it was my 100th run with my Nike +Ipod thingy. And blow me down if I didn't run less than usual!! There I was, pounding the pavements, trying hard, adding what I thought were extra bits... and I wasn't at all. I ended up only running 1.47 miles. There must be some sort of mistake, surely??
Never mind... I enjoyed it and hopefully ran off some of the pork pie I'd had for lunch!!

Pork pie? Is that like chicken pot pie?
The point is you ran and you enjoyed it. Don't have to measure it.
Hey Sarah, I just started running myself and I've booked myself my first race. A 5K in March. I loved your comment on my post about Darwin. My husband and I have often thought that we should be living in Europe...
Hi Gail...aaah pork pie... only the British could invent something that, on the surface looks disgusting, be once in a while you just get a craving. Its thick pastry, covering jelly, covering roughly chopped and cooked pork, packed together and eaten cold.Very bad for you, but scrumptious!
Hi Sue...nice to see you! I like your blog. I am doing a 5k in March too. Good luck with yours! Thanks for popping by!S
