I wasn't sure if I would be able to run today, but I did. I had a lovely one, longer than usual and very liberating! My mileage is slowly creeping up... slowly being the operative word.I am not interested in doing massive mileage, but if I could plateau at an easy 10 miles per week, that would be great.
I took Gail's advice and used my run to rid myself of all my frustrations. I came home feeling far more chilled.Cheaper than therapy!!
