Well, I didn't get to run per se again this week, but I have spent 3 and a half hours running about playing football this weekend, which I reckon is pretty darn sporty in anyone's book.This also accounts for the fact that my back is absolute agony and I can hardly walk. Ah well.... the price of fame...
